Tell us whether you’re using the website or iPhone app, what you expected and what happened. Include your browser or app version if you know it. Please leave out private schedules, coworker names, passwords and payment details.
A shift looks wrong?
Check the date, start and end times, and workplace time zone against your original schedule before saving. You can correct a draft manually. Calendar files you already imported do not update automatically.
Accounts and local data
Website accounts are optional and do not back up schedules. You can delete a website account from its account page after verifying your passkey. The iPhone app has local data deletion controls; calendar events and files you previously shared must be removed separately.
