A helpful tool. You’re in charge.

Shiftpup helps turn work schedule photos into calendar drafts. Only upload information you have permission to use. Check every date, worker, time and time zone against your original roster before exporting or relying on an event.

What the beta does

The free web tool prepares calendar files. Recognition can miss or misread information. It does not connect to an employer system, confirm attendance or monitor schedule changes. Your employer’s confirmed schedule remains the source to check.

Fair use

Do not automate abusive requests, bypass usage limits, upload unrelated sensitive information, or misuse another person’s identity. Scan availability and supported formats may change as we improve the beta.

Accounts and payments

Optional accounts use passkeys and currently do not back up schedules. This website does not collect subscription payments. The iPhone app and Pro distribution are still in development; no App Store availability is promised here.

Review our privacy details before uploading a photo. These beta terms should receive an operator review before a general public launch.
